Services Provided
Acute Care:
- Doctor Consultation – The doctor sees more than 100 patients per day. Patients
are given a token in order of arrival and seen by the physician in a private
air-conditioned setting. - Medications – Wide variety of medications including antibiotics, pain medication,
GI medicines, allergy medicines, diabetes and hypertension meds, ointments, asthma
medicines, emergent injections. Most basic medications are provided with
consultation fee or at cost. - Malaria and Dengue testing and management with medications and IV hydration.
- Wound treatment: wound cleaning and bandaging, abscess drainage, laceration
suturing - Asthma exacerbation: nebulizer treatment, epinephrine or steroid injections.
- Laboratory: Subsidized lab work through an MD pathologist.
Chronic Care:
- Diabetes: Diabetes management provided with blood glucose testing as well as
monthly evaluations by MD. Diabetic medications provided at cost to patient. - Hypertension: HTN management provided with monthly BP checks and evaluations by MD. Blood pressure medications provided at cost to patient.
- Psychiatric care: Depression and anxiety management with medications provided at subsidized rate.
Disease Prevention:
- Well checkups: Promotion of sequential check-ups, especially for children, to
ensure appropriate growth and development. - Bi-monthly diabetes and hypertension screening camps: 200+ patients per camp screened – ALL FREE OF COST.
- Vaccinations: Pediatric and adult vaccinations provided on Indian vaccination schedule at-cost to the patient.
